Xbox One will not connect to wifi

My xbox suddenly decided to kick me from the internet. I've been trying to get back on, but it refuses to accept my wifi password when I know 100% that it is correct. Every other device in the house is working perfectly on the wifi (including my husband's
xbox). I have done everything on the support and troubleshooting page. I've disconnected every cord, reset everything and still nothing works. I plugged the ethernet cable directly into the xbox and that got me connected back tot the internet, BUT that is
not a fix for me. That just makes it so no other device but mine can be online. I need my xbox to connect to wifi again! Please help!

no wifi connection when 4k is use

my xbox one s, can't connect to my wifi when the output video is 4k. when i choose 1080p i can connect my wifi. i've restore the xbox, and it not resolve my problem.

Xbox360 Slim wireless problems

Same problem here. My new xbox 360s connects to my network via internal wifi but it will not connect to xbox live. Everything else in the house connects fine. My xbox even connects when I plug in the old Adapter( from my last xbox) meaning the issue is with
the internal wifi. This is one reason I bought a new xbox slim(internal wifi) this is BS!

I'm sorry to hear about the wireless issues. We have a guide specifically relating to

wireless network issues. Go ahead and work through the guide, along with the
network connection troubleshooter to see if any of the steps work. If your console continues to have issues connecting to your wireless network after going through all the steps outlined, your console may be in need of repairs. If you'd like to explore
that option, you can do so via the
Online Service Center.

I suggest that you connect directly to the xbox then wifi, sometimes wifi connection can be unstable then a connected one and then go to test network setting and check if is connected to the internet.

Well, the xbox one uses WiFi direct to connect while the Xbox 360 uses other technology.

In short, the design of the Xbox One and the WiFi hardware card on the console has been problematic for many as far as controller connection. My response is, do what works best and maybe consider re-arranging the room and rooms adjacent so that any WiFi
interference is eliminated entirely. Also consider plugging in the xbox one vs. using a WiFi internet connection.

It affects my other xbox one as well. So its not the wifi card. They stay connected to wifi, but not live

How exactly are you unable to connect to your WiFi?

Do you get a specific error message? Does your WiFi SSID (network name) not show up?

Is the Xbox One connected to the WiFi but does not connect to the Internet?

What network hardware are you using?
