Xbox One will not boot up all the way.

I powered down my Xbox One Saturday by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Sunday morning I press the xbox button on my controller and my console seemed to turn on. The light was on the console itself and the power brick but the controller wouldn't
fully connect (blinking) and there was no display.

I tried resetting the power brick by unplugging it for awhile then plugging it back in. I've tried leaving the console turned on for over 12 hours. None of these things has fixed my console. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

The issue isn't the display. If it were, the controller would still connect. The console is on and getting power. I'm not even getting to the login screen so I can't logout of the console or update it. Warranty is expired so it's almost the same price to
buy a new console as it is to ship it and get it fixed.

If anyone had this issue and knows a fix it would be much appreciated.

    :)

    Hey there J Kingdom 23.

To check, how long did you hold down both buttons? It can take 20-30 seconds, but the Xbox One needs to be shut down completely first (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds while it's on). Let us know so we can best help out if needed.

I held it down for up to 30 seconds before I let go. Someone who had a similar problem last year said it my be a hard drive issue.

Do you happen to have a separate display (whether its a PC monitor with HDMI or a different TV display) to test this out on? Before recommending the repair route, we want to see if any different results pop-up.

Let us know how it goes!
