Xbox One will not boot can't request support

I am trying to request support for my Xbox One, it is registered to me in my account. When I try to request support it asks me to continue my registration and asks for a serial number. I input the serial number and it says it is already registered to me.
It is just a continuous loop I can't get around. I contacted support, unregistered the box and reregistered it and the same problem exists, can't request any support to get my box fixed. Help please.

Same here. I do not receive an email. And can't request the code again. I also want support a friend to get an Xbox one.

Only support xbox can help you, they can create your request manually, avoiding this issue you're experiencing

Phone/Chat support about this?

 

Yes I have and no luck on the site. I reregistered the device and it still puts my through the same loop. Shows as registered but wont allow me to request service. I spent time with support and no luck. It is less expensive to request service online then
by phone or chat but I can't online because it is broken.
