Xbox one will not allow me to get achievements on any game.

So I was playing my xbox last night and all of the sudden it stopped tracking any and all achievements and I can no longer unlock any achievement on any profile on my xbox. Also my blu ray player will not properly load movies i Get audio but just a spinning
loader on the blu ray screen anybody encounter these issues?

XBOX ONE achievements not unlocking

It hasn't worked do you have any other suggestions? what i found weird though is that xbox 360 games achievements unlock fine when played on the xbox one, yet xbox one games don't allow me to unlock the achievements once i have fulfilled the requirements
to be awarded that achievement, it's really frustrating, is there anything else you recommend because i've tried all of the solutions posted on xbox.com and nothing works?

 

Yeah, I can't get any achievements as of this morning and the app has stopped tracking achievements too. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to work again, but it just won't.

Has anyone got any solutions for this? Because I should've got 3 achievements on dead rising 3 and none of them have unlocked, and it's really quite annoying.

And I am definitely connected to the internet, so it's not that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I had two achievements on Wolfenstein not unlock this morning, so I did a hard reset of my console, which didn't work and I then tried to unlock some easy achievements in a different game which also didn't unlock. There must be a problem as there are a
few threads popping up across the internet asking these same questions

 

Yes there is a xbox live service alert which could be causing these problems

 

I made a post about this last night because the same thing was happening to me so don't worry you aren't the only one.

I've noticed that even though the trackers in all games are at 0% now, they won't go up when you do something in game to make them go up. So hopefully they aren't permanently reset.

Really wish it wasn't cloud based...
