Xbox One Will No Longer Turn On

My xbox one will not longer turn on, although the power supple LED is still orange, whenever I hit the power button on the xbox it just makes the "turn on" noise very quiet but doesn't actually turn on. Wondering if there is anything I can do to fix it
or is it a lost cause?

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the console. If you have already gone through the

Xbox One Power Solution support article you should have seen whether the issue was the Power supply or the console. In this case if you are still running into issues with one or the other then you would need to set up the repair for the console.

You can always go through the
Device Support website to set up the order or simply
Contact Xbox Support for assistance in setting up the order.

Followed those steps and am still having the same issue. Power supply LED is on and orange and the xbox will not turn on.

make sure your power supply is plugged into your console properly and hopefully this fixes your issue
