Xbox one wifi problem

Hello everyone, so the problem I'm having is this wifi (I'm using a friend's atm). When It connects everything is fine, Xbox live is good, but suddently it stop connecting to live. So I go my network it says the nat and service are both unavalable (even
after waiting for like an 30min or so). So I tried reconnecting to the WiFi and it works (having internet for about 2 hrs or so) but the same problem keeps happening when the nat and service say unavailable. So here are my question.

1. Is there a way to fix the nat and service without having to sign in the wifi? (Because then I'll have to keep bothering my friend for that)

Xbox One WiFi problem

If you have a router, give the xbox one a static IP address, make sure it's 'doled' out by it's MAC address.

Do that and if it's still giving you problems like that, toss that static IP on a DMZ.

I'm not sure why this would be if it really isn't your Wi-Fi. Maybe it really is a problem with the One and you need to send it in to Microsoft.

The issue you that you're describing sounds like an issue with your wireless router. Do you have any other Xbox consoles in your home that are also connecting?

 

yes, my friend is using an xbox. Just to be a bit more specific. He lives a bit futher away than me. His is wired while I'm using wireless. So here's what I did. I went to network settings, connect to the wireless server, additional authentication needed
so i had to put in username/password, after that it says "it's all good" so now I'm connected to xbox live. Everything is going well for about 2hr or so but it s uddently stop connecting. It says nat and service are unavailable. From time it says nat and
service "getting info" then unavailble. So I redid everything type wifi un/pw now everything is good but the same problem occurs as I just mention. Please help you're the best.

It's likely that your network hardware may not support multiple consoles connected at once. Have you made sure to enable UPNP within your network's settings? Also, when you get a chance please share the make and model of the network hardware you use.
