Xbox One Wifi Not Working Properly

My Xbox One recently stopped detecting my wifi. It also stopped seeing any other wifi previously within range. When I run "Test Connection", it says that I am connected to the internet and all is good. Current status states:

Type: Wireless

IPv4

Nat type: Unavailable

xbox/xboxone/Teredo

Service info is unavailable

When I click to "Go Offline", nothing happens. When I click to "Disconnect Wireless", nothing happens. When I try to clear the Alternate Mac address, it takes me to the "restart" button, but then nothing happens when I click that as well. I've done both
a hard and soft restart of the console with no luck. I've also restarted the wifi to be thorough. Nothing has worked. A bandwith status shows that the console still used over 140Tb during the middle of the night while off. It seems to work fine while wired,
but still won't let me change any of the network settings. The system is fully updated. It was functioning normally two days ago and I had not changed anything. I haven't found anybody else experiencing this same issue. Would like to know if this is a
hardware issue or if I'm doomed to just continue with it wired. Any help would be appreciated.

I did a soft reset first, and when that didn't work, I did a hard reset. I've reset it multiple times since then.

I would visit support.xbox.com to see if they have any helpful tips. I've had some connection issues with my Xbox One before where it will lose connection even though I have other devices working on the network. Restarting the Xbox or even turning off
the Xbox, unplugging for 30 seconds, and then getting it back on have helped. Don't know why, but it did. Hope this helps.

I suggest you should consider go with a wired connection. If not then maybe it’s a hardware issue!

I has a problem with my wifi dropping quite frequently on xbox I had called up my provider and they sent out countless engineers with different solutions that still didnt fix anything until one engineer managed to fix it Supposedly one of the wires in
the router box outside, on the street was trapped under cabling. You could try calling your provider to send out an engineer perhaps you could have a similar problem.
