Xbox one wifi connection failure

Hi. I am a Xbox one user for about three months and I expirenced a week without gaming. My problem is my xbox won't connect to my wifi even tho I connected to it before. When ever I put in my wifi password, it will do its thing and after it will crash and
show the green Xbox loading screen. It will then go to the home screen and nothing worked. The lil clock in the top right corner resets to 9:00 when I changed it before I put in my password. Also, my friends list won't work and on my cod icon it still shows
my friends that were on playing when I was last on when they weren't even on. Every device is hooked up to my Wifi but the Xbox isn't. Some one plz help!. Thank you! I would really appreciate ur support.

There is a strong possibility of hardware failure on the wifi card for the xbox one console.

-I'd suggest you would want to contact service and set-up a console repair/replacement.

Wifi hardware failure is fairly common based on the forums and other websites as I myself had a wifi failure on my first replaced console. The first console had a BlueRay drive loud noise, the replaced console given to me from day 1 would only hold my controller
connection if I were less than a few feet away but way less than 6-10 feet.

The controller trigger issues, I'm not certain on so perhaps someone else who has the Elite controller will chime in.

 

Xbox One WiFi problem

I keep my Xbox One hooked to the Internet wirelessly but lately, the One keeps "losing" the WiFi info. Does anyone know why this is? I know it's not the WiFi because my laptop and desktop never lose their Internet connection.

 

what is the brand and model of the router and modem you are using ?

 

I'm using time warner. And is the modem and router the same thing because I get confused between the two. Also I can't connect to my smart glass app for some reason either. Nor can I sign into my main account

 

I can still get notified when my friends are on through my iPod smart glass but can't sign in

 

Alot of us are having this issue with the wifi. Currently the only workaround is using a wired connection

 

I am having the exact same issue. Unfortunately, a wired connection is not practical in my situation (long separation from modem to xbox).

 

Ok so I'm not the only one let's hope this gets fixed

Region like the US? Im in North Carolina. My isp is Time Warner Cable.

And if it helps the issue only affects one of the xbox ones on my network

Yea I think it's because we r not connected to wifi

 

Did u find anything out yet to solve this issue
