    XBOX ONE....why won't you work


    In the seven years I had an Xbox 360, I never had as much down time as I have in the past year with my xbox one. One day the party system is not working, the next I cannot access my friends list, and finally I can't even sign into xbox one at all! I have
    read a few threads and have seen a few times that they are making some "enhancements" to xbox one. Just an idea xbox, maybe at 6:00 PM on a weeknight is not the best time for you to make these enhancements. The worst part is that they will give no timetable
    on when it may be fixed so I could be sitting here all night staring at an error message. It's not like I can watch netflix to pass the time. I cannot figure out why this console which cost me $500 is having such difficulties. I have always been loyal to Xbox
    but these new problems are really starting to get to me.

    Why won't my Xbox work

    Hey there bob!~

    When you get a chance, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then give it another try.

    If you're still seeing issues on your home screen after a power cycle, keep us updated so that we can keep helping out XBOX ONE....why won't you work :)

    so I logged into my Xbox 1 and it had logged me out of my account so I tried to log back in but it said I wasn't connected to the internet so I connected it back up and it's said everythings all good so I logged onto my account and it said I was offline
    and after that everything glitches out and I can't load anything on my account and when I try to it takes me straight back to the dashboard and my dashboard won't load load any game.

    Now what region did you migrated t?

    If any non Xbox one live region it won't work as not all Xbox live regions are one regions

    If you migrated to a non Xbox live region it won't work either

    Also prepaid memberships and currency don't transfer over

    I'm in the uk and my Xbox live won't even connect, it was working yesterday and everything else in the house is working so why not the Xbox one

    Make sure you purchased the correct version for your console. The game has 2 different versions. One for the Series X and one for the Xbox One. You might have the Series X version, hence why it won't work.

    Yep you do know why right ?

    Series x controllers are usb type c

    If you try and use a xbox series plug and play kit you won't have a controller left or you won't have a working cord

    Xbox one and ps4 used usb 2.0 not type c
