    Xbox one when its turned off


    So every night when I turn my xbox off a few hours after I hear the sound it makes when you eject a disc. No one is using my xbox at night and I hear it multiple times through out the night. Any idea what it could be its weird

    Xbox one running when turned off....

    I had similar problem with my console. It simply couldn't be turned off. Xbox logo on console was still blinking, but screen turned black. Seemed like some process was stucked at the background blocking completion of shut down process.

    I replaced it for another unit and now it works properly.

    Xbox one downloads when turned off!!

    Apparently you didn't take the time to read your manual or go through your settings on your console. That is entirely on you. When the Xbox One says it's installing something it is also downloading any updates for that game.

    The Issue isnt resolved. The console is still turning its self off when i try to turn it on. Even making the power off beep while its off, No happy gaming is happening on my xbox one.
