Xbox One weird noises and loud fan! Help

This is my second xbox one this week, and it's had the same issue. When I turn it on, even in idle, it will make these buzzing sounds that sound like a disc is trying to load, but when there isn't a disc inside. Also, the fan is pretty loud, even when idling
on the main screen. When I turn off the console, the fan will stay on, and it will making louder buzzing noises before turning off. I need to know if these issues are normal, or another defective console

XBOX ONE MAKES WEIRD NOISE

My Xbox One has been making this weird noise that sounds like the fan is spinning. Its really loud and happens randomly (with the noise being louder at different times). It tends to start and make this noise when a really intense scene is happening in a
game. Anybody know what it is?

 

Xbox One X Fan sounds way louder than usual

Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.

 

The system is actually supposed to be whisper quiet. You get some very subtle ambient noise from it, but you shouldn't be able to hear anything if you're more than a few feet from it. I would check the vents, make sure you don't have anything stuck in
there, and make sure he system is sitting flat and horizontal on a stable surface, preferably not glass. Beyond that, it you're still louder than usual noises, I'd take it and swap it out again and pray you got all your bad luck out of your system.

 

Yeah I'm sitting like 10 feet away and I can still hear the fan. It's brand new, 3rd console i've gotten with problems in the last couple days. I went to a different gamestop this time, and I get this. Not sure what it is? Bad luck?

Watched the video. I had it turned all the way up and could barely hear it, but I did hear it. It definitely sounds like some sort of motor sound, almost like the motor that spins the disc engaging. Does the system only make that noise with a disc in
the ODD or is it all the time? I wonder if it's maybe the HDD itself. Either way I'd say it's your call to make. I know all three of mine have been quiet for the most part. I've had separate issues and the second one was more my fault, but I digress. If
it's loud enough to bug you then I'd swap it out. Otherwise I'd maybe hang on to it a bit and see if it's something that works itself out. Gamestop has a 30 day open item exchange policy, so it's not like your on the clock. It's up to you though. How does
the system perform besides?
