Xbox ONE Weird noise after turning off the console

Hello, I have a problem with my XBOX ONE. I made a video about it but It´s in spanish, so Im going to post every detail about the video and my XBOX ONE here.

You can hear the sound at 1:14 and at 2:16

Maybe you have to use some headphones adjust the volume to maximum to hear it, Its weird because the sound is very clear but in the video is barely possible to hear it.

Well this is the situation. I bought my XBOX ONE a couple weeks ago and I noticed a weird sound coming from the console, or the power adaptor, I don´t know for sure but I think It's the power adaptor because It does a lot of sound like normal because is
directly connected to the electricity, and the console does not do a weird sound.

It only happen when I turn off the console after playing some game and then leave it connected to the electricity. One time I heard this weird sound 3 times every 5 minutes and I disconnected the console from the electricity and I didn't heard the sound
anymore.

What happens is when I turn on the console and play a few minutes, then I turn off the console and a few minutes later (sometimes 5 minutes or even 30 minutes) I hear that weird sound coming from the console or the power adaptor. I know the sound is related
to the XBOX ONE because I turned on the console, play a quick match of Killer Instinct, then I turned off the XBOX ONE and disconnected everything in my room, even my tv and internet modem, just leaving my XBOX ONE connected directly to the power socket (because
I use a power regulator) and I heard the sound 5 minutes later.

The power adaptor's led is always in white, sometimes I see It changes to orange but only when I turn on and turn off very quick the console.

I want to know if this sound is normal, or If doesn't affect the console.

Please someone tell me what is going on because Im worry about my console.

Xbox One Loud Fan Noise

Here's the problem: I bought my Xbox One console last month, and some days later I turned it on and the console made a loud noise, the same that a fan running at incredible speed would make, and cold air was coming out the console. I turned it off in save
energy mode, and after turning it on the noise was gone, like nothing had happened. Today, after more than two weeks, the problem is here again, and this time even after turning it off, when turned on the noise starts again, and doesn't stop. I'd like to know
if I should open a ticket to send the console to assistance, or if I'm eligible for advance exchange. Thank you in advance.

 

Having MAJOR problems with my Xbox One S

My Xbox One started making a weird noise that sounds like a fog horn

that's constantly blaring. the sound comes from my TV, though I tried

turning off the sound and it was still there. I tried a hard reset and

that didn't fix it. The only thing that gets the sound to go away is

turning off my Xbox or TV.

Could this be an Alpha preview glitch?

Sorry to hear about the noise issue. If you think it is coming from the Xbox One power supply, unplug the power supply from the wall and the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, try plugging the power supply directly into the wall instead
of the power regulator.

Hello.

Well I did it, and again I heard the sound again, 2 minutes after turning off the console. I guess I will go to the shop where I buy it to return it and change it for a new one because I still have the warranty. I like the console so I just want a new one
without this problem.
