xbox one water damage

hello,

we had some water get into the xbox one console, we've disconnected for a week and left to dry. The power brink has been reset and is showing an orange light but the xbox is not turning on. Any options to fix or is it cactus?

Water damage

I spilled water on my Xbox and it got in the heatsink and in the power port on the back. The power brick when plugged in turns on its orange light but when I plug it into the Xbox the power brick shuts off. Does anyone know if this is a power brick problem
or a problem with the console itself?

Since the console has had water get into it, we wouldn't recommend plugging it in and turning it on. It's best to contact our chat/phone team to see if there is any options for a repair.
