Xbox One: Watch Dogs Loading Screen Freeze

Ubisoft, aka Debo, took my $60 punched me in the eye then snatched another $20 for the season pass. Afterwards my wife runs up to say, "Daaaamn. You got knocked the F#@K out!" Sigh.... my grandma gave me that $20

 

Well it seems i found a fix. Delete the cloud save,and only play with the console save. When prompted where do you want to save,select console,not cloud and will work. Had same problem with stuck on 90%. Just make sure you save on console only.

 

Same thing happend to me today,loads until about 95% then freezes...

Started a new game,and hopefully it doesnt happen this time...

As far as ive been told,the save-file is lost for good when this happens...No need to wait for an update...

 

This is bull crap! On act 4 got all the weapons, did more than half of side missions and I might have to start over because they sold me a broken game?

Anyway,i had the same problem with 94,9% loading freeze...

Lost my save-file,started from the beginning.

I had the same problem but loading stopped at about 75%, tried switching off and hard reset nothing happened, then while I was reading up on problem, xbox switched itself off and did its own hard reset while I was on loading screen, came back on told me
ubisoft servers were down, able to then load the game and it worked so for me not having the servers up allowed me to load game, thank goodness as there would be no way I would be starting the game again.

This is the 90% loading bug, theres a thread on ubisofts forums about it, 80 pages.

 

wow just lost my data i had beaten the game and at least half of the side missions i will never buy ubisoft crap again i am so mad right now. if anyone can help me get my game data back i would be in ur debt. but my load screen thing is not a problem anymore

I also have a similar issue, the game plays and saves fine but when I quite and return to the main menu the loading screen freezes. I have left the screen for over an hour but with no movement in the progress bar. So I quite the game from the xbox one main
menu. When I re load the game it is fine and from the save point, why would this happen, plan odd !!!

 

Honestly at this point, since I bought it the XBL marketplace, I would rather just get my money back, and then put it towards something worth my time. Cuz of ubisoft is gonna play the "it isn't our fault" game and do nothing about it, no point even dealing
with them. Hell I'll buy cod ghosts or battlefield 4 for XBone. Atleast those games are playable !!!

 

I bought the game 06/01. I'm 4.6% complete and the game froze on me in the middle of driving.

The music kept playing but the game was froze.

I tried taking the disc out and still frozen.

Took disc out and turned Xbox off and back on then, put the disc back and it was still frozen and playing new songs.

Frustrated that not 1 review mentioned this as an issue.

How I got it to un-freeze w/o losing any progress.

- I took the game out.

- I turned the Xbox off.

- I turned it back on and put in Kinect Sports Rivals.

- I took out sports rivals and put Watch Dogs in and it put at my previous hide out.

- Now it's working...

I didn't uninstall the game.

I didn't call Ubisoft or talk with XBL people.

I have the same issue. Once I clicked "continue" on the main screen it would just continuously loop during the loading screen. It is very frustrating.

I'll see if I can do what Kyle did to fix the problem.

 

I was talking to my friend while loading watch dogs and all of a sudden i heard really loud static in the mic. Then The screen went Black then Xbox one green screen came up then the dashboard came up everything worked fine i go to continue my story. A message
comes up saying something like cloud data is different from systems data. it gave me a option to pick the data to load either cloud or system data i loaded the systems data even though it says it was older it loaded but it seem to be not far away from where
i was before in game. I'm Just wondering why it did all of this

 

Got the black loading screen stuck at 90% last night, not happy after having about 50 hours in. Anyone got any real solutions to this? Dont think I have the will to start all over again. Gutted.

 

Same. Dam ubisoft. Dam you all to hell!
