Xbox one was stolen.. need help

the police want the serial number of the xbox, but of course I don't have it. Is there anyway to look it up online through my xbox account?.. also note that they left my knect which was included with the xbox at purchase so is there any chance that the serial
number might be on the knect?

Really Need Help

I need help. My xbox one got stolen and i need to know if theres a way i can track it myself. Going through the motions with local law enforcement isnt gonna help and I want my tv and xbox back. Someone please help.

My Xbox One has been stolen. I have filed a police report and I was wondering if there is any information besides the serial number. my question is: is there a way for Microsoft to lock the stolen system out so it cant be used and possibly track the IP?

My xbox one was stolen please help me locate it.

If you have registered the console on Xbox.com in your settings, should the console's serial number (and the Kinect's serial number if it was connected when you registered it) be on

myservice.xbox.com/.../managedevice.aspx (need to be logged in to accase page) if it's not there, am I afraid you have to buy a new Xbox one. But than do you at least now know you should register your console as soon as possible.

I guess support directed you here again. Instead of calling support. Have you tried chatting to Xbox Support. Maybe they can be of assistance. Please also explain that Phone support directed you back to the forums multiple times. They may need to have the
