Xbox one warrenty

Hi, I got an xbox one x gold rush edition a month or 2 ago and when I registered it to my account online it said I only have warrenty cover until Jan 2021, I thought new consoles had a full 12 month warrenty or am I wrong

You will need to deal with this via normal support. They will ask you for a proof of purchase showing the date you purchased the console and can update the warranty.

It's not my subscription I'm bothered about it's the warenty for my console only being basically 6 months instead of 12, it's not like I bought a used 6 month old console, it was brand new.

Xbox warrenty poop never had 360 replaced allways just out of warrenty thats the reason i allways end up taking them to bits and repairing myself it appers this one is no different

If you are with in the warrenty

Go to Microsoft website check the authorised repair centers.

If you claim that you can get new xbox

If you are out of warrenty you need to pay for repair.
