Xbox one warranty

My email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** containing my shipping label has not arrived after lodging the request on the 17th of november.

The suggested 24 to 48 hours has passed and approaching the 350 hour mark, this is after a follow up call to microsoft a week after lodging the warranty. I offered an alternative email address to send the email to in case it's being picked off by my provider
as spam.

Any suggestions. ?

Is there a physical building in new Zealand where I can deliver my Xbox to?

The current system doesn't seem to work.

I don't think you need a receipt although it would be wise to keep one. I had a defective X1 when they first came out, so I got a new one shipped to me and had the old one sent back. As soon as I got my new one I registered my device and I believe they can
tell on their end when the X1 serial number was bought....so it becomes effective on the date it was sold. Just FYI, on my new console I ordered the extended service plan just to ensure I was covered for a long time from any malfunctions......and after a week
I checked on here to see if my extended service plan still showed and it didnt...so after having contacting Microsoft I did need to read some information off my receipt...so its def smart to try and have one.

Unfortunateyl I beleive you'll have call them and chase it up again, as there isn't anythign we can do from the forums There might be a place in NZ, but even if there was they wouldn't accept drop in's, as its all dealt with through post

So I'd suggest just calling them again, and letting them know what has happened, how long you've waited, and that you would like another label sent out ASAP.
