    put in for my warranty and it doesnt seem like your even a valued customer. they want you to send it back to them but at your cost of packing it. which is bs if its still under warranty! i for one will not put up with this!

    anyone else had this same issue ?

    I have the xbox one still under warranty. I am having problems with xbox . I did a repair request and I am asked to pay. Becuase if it s under warranty?

    What are the details on the XBONE warranty and does madden 15 ever crash for you

    I got my Xbox one about six weeks ago And it's been working great But recently madden 15 skiped for 3 seconds, crashed on me and took me back to the home screen (and now that I think I had another game crash on me too but it was an Xbox preview game so it was not finished yet so I don't think that's much of a problem) so it got me thinking: 1. Is madden 15 crashing for other people, 2. Has any one else experienced crashes on there xbox one and 3. Is there something wrong with my Xbox. So I wanted to ask about the warranty, I no that when u buy the Xbox one it comes with a one year warranty but how do I activate the warranty, is it like when I buy the xbox the warranty Automatically activates and I don't have to do anything or was I suppose to go on xbox.com and activate the warranty my self, and if I didn't activate the warranty do I still have! I'm really worried! PLZ HELP!
    (Btw, side question, anyone else having madden 15 problems)

    Can you not bring it directly to a MS store? and most places are like that. It is up to you to send it in. Hopefully you saved the original packaging. Whats the most it can cost within the US? $25.00 from NY to WA?

    Microsoft does not have a means of contact to trigger my console's warranty because your system claims that the console is out of warranty. MICROSOFT I need to trigger the warranty on my xbox one.

    I called and I've been waiting 15 minutes. via chat does not work and via phone is just waiting.
    Depending on availability, on https://support.xbox.com/contact-us should also be a tile to "Request a callback" from Xbox Support.

    That way you don't have to wait on the phone, and have them call you back.
