XBOX One warranty and repair

Dear XBOX-Support Team,

it ' s a month ago that i sent you my XBOX, but I still don't have it back. I also didn't get the UPS tracking ID yet. How long does it take? In myservice.xbox options it says it's already repaired and shipped.

If it's still under warranty (90 days) goto the warranty repair site and open a repair request Xbox One : Warranty and service

 

Warranty on refurb Xbox One

The console refurbished to its original specifications by Microsoft comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty. See Limited Warranty inside or at Xbox One Warranty and Service for details:
