    I purchased an Xbox one on 28 DEC 2015. I recently registered the device and it shows that the warranty period is only till April 28, 2016! Am I missing something here?

    Xbox one warranty period shortened?

    I purchased an xbox one on 28 Dec 2015. When I registered my Xbox one now, it is showing me that the warranty is valid till 28 Apr 2016 ~ 4 months. Is there a way I can avail the full warranty period.

    Did I ask about the warranty???? My xbox is over 4 years old anyway, so the warranty is out of date

    I'd suggest calling 1800-4MY-XBOX and speaking to them on this matter.

    Hi Guidality,

    The warranty on a design lab is 120 days, which is 4 months of warranty. The 90 days is on a standard controller. Sorry for the miscommunication there. So if it is over the 4 months unfortunately it would be a replacement.
