    Xbox One w/ Assassin's Creed Unity Bundle download codes missing


    Has anyone bought this console and did not receive the download codes for the two Assassin's Creed games. I checked many YouTube unboxing videos and they are not in the white box with the other paper materials. I bought the unit from NewEgg and I still
    haven't been able to get a response from their customer service yet.

    Yep, we looked in every nook and cranny of the box. It was just not included. I have the paper documents that should be in there except for the game voucher cards. The Xbox works fine except couldn't play any games due to the hack.

    I am hoping enough people will have the same problem and report it. I was told that the developer is responsible for the rede,option codes, so Microsoft cannot do anything about it. With this and the online issues yesterday, I feel like Microsoft could do
    us a solid here...

    Have you bothered checking the receipt? I pre-ordered Halo: The Master Chief Collection from GameStop, and instead of receiving the code for the Bandanna skull in a little card inside the game case, it was included on the receipt.

    I'm going through the same thing. just a few days ago, after emailing my proof of purchase receipt, that I would be receiving the codes via emai. today I was told that they don't provide download codes and referred me back to target. Wish I was told this
    last week.

    Recently there was an Xbox One bundle that came with Assassin's Creed Unity and Black Flag. If this is the console that you purchased then check the box for a card with a scratch area. Scratch the entire area to find the codes to download the games.

    where is assassins creed with the bundle

    The Assassin's Creed bundle comes with Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and Unity. The codes for the games will be on a card packaged inside the box. Be sure to check under the flaps of the box as I've read that sometimes the card will slip underneath one.
