Hi all

Please can you tell me if one can redeem a xbox vouchers and use it towards your xbox one subscription?

Xbox Vouchers

I received a £15 Xbox gift voucher for my son's birthday from a friend. I tried scratching off the security seal to reveal the code but the seal was a very sticky plastic material unlike anything I had seen before. I had to scratch so hard that it ended
removing part of the code. I checked online and it looks like this is quite a common problem with Xbox gift cards. I contacted Microsoft Help (in Romania) - not very helpful. The serial number (above the bar code) - didn't match anything in their system. I
suggested there was a problem with the material covering the code and that I could send it to them to take a look. The operator then hung up on me!

Two accounts but one voucher

I have two accounts but I have just bought one Xbox voucher... my Xbox is my home Xbox but will the vouchers money be available on both accounts?

No,you can't.

You would need a xbox live subscription card for 1,3 or 12 months or you can pay by credit/debit card or paypal.

Currency cards can't be used to pay for a xbox live gold subscription.

Hi I too have had the same problem, all of my friends have been given this voucher and we all bought the xbox one fifa15 bundle at the same time but I haven't been given the voucher

Sometimes microsoft only accepts one voucher at a time. Sometimes you have to wait until your first 3 month voucher runs out before using the next one.
