Bonjour, ma XBox One a récemment été volée et je voulais savoir s'il était possible de la désactiver/bannir afin que son voleur ne puisse se connecter sur un de mes comptes attachés la console ?

J'ai le numéro de série de la console et toutes les informations relatives celle-ci.

Unfortunately Xbox and Microsoft can not help you ban or render a console useless with a serial number and your word that it was stolen - this would violate a lot of laws and their privacy policy I assume. For all they know, that person bought
the Xbox fairly.

What you should do is contact your local police department and file a stolen item report and give them the serial number. That's all you can do.

Also, I would suggest changing the password of all accounts that were on that console so that the person can't use your accounts or games anymore:

Thank you for your attention, I will wait for the police to investigate the case, here in Brazil everything is well delayed the laws are not fulfilled as in the United States. this is very sad. I hope I can recover and if this happens I will donate the console
