    Xbox One Voice Chat Stream to pc


    Hey,

    I'm using a Xbox One S and i own a Afterglow LVL 3 Headset.

    I am trying to get my Microphone to go from my Xbox One controller trough my xbox to the Xbox App on my pc so that i can include my Voice Audio to my stream trough OBS Screen capture, but i don't know how to.

    Anyone have any advise how i can get the microphone to work without getting more Hardware?

    Party chat getting cut off when I stream to windows 10

    I am not having any problems streaming my Xbox one to my windows 10 PC. The stream looks fine with audio and video both coming through both my PC and my Xbox one. However, as soon as the stream begins my parties voice chat audio gets switched to only coming
    out of my PC and thus not going through my headset which is connected to my controller which is connected to my Xbox one. this also means no one in the party can hear me at all. I know if I could connect my controller to my PC I could still control my Xbox
    and chat through the Xbox app. However my current setup will not allow this.

    Is there anyway to keep party chat on my Xbox while I stream to the windows 10 app?

    hey everyone, i like to stream my xbox one alot on my pc. my party chat works fine when i start one i can talk and everything is fine. but once one of my friends join on his xbox all of a sudden my voice isnt picking up at all but i can hear him just fine
    through my headset. any way to fix this at all?

    Hey Sp1k3y88! You won't be able to get audio through the console without additional hardware. You can however start a party using the Xbox app to have audio come to the PC. Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!

    The problem isn't with the stream itself, everyone can hear the streamers voice but if I'm playing call of duty my in game party chat isn't broadcasted on the stream, Xbox users have togo in an Xbox party chat and as I have mentioned not everyone uses Xbox, so if I play with a PC or PS player their voices won't be heard in stream, again the problem is that Xbox has to much restrictions on the streaming side of things not allowing in game chat to be broadcasted.

    Well you said if you are streaming through a PC. My issue is, my wife is streaming through her xbox. I just tried using xbox party chat, rather than the fortnite in-game chat, and my voice does not come through the stream, only hers. So is there some option somewhere on my end that I need to change to allow my audio to be shared through her stream?

    the only way this would be possible is one of two solutions you connect your party through the Xbox app on your pc and talk through the pc on either Xbox party or discord voice chat. There is no way of doing it any other way, however. due to the party
    chat being on a different channel on the Xbox to the audio of the game on the Xbox. Or you can stream through the Xbox to pick up the party chat this way but you won't be able to use Obs.

    Hi there, my name is Gerardo and I'm an Xbox player like you.

    Unfortunately, there is a design limitation when streaming via Twitch on an Xbox console. It's not possible to have the voices of other players in the in-game chat heard in the stream. You can only transmit the voices of others if they are in the same Xbox party chat and if they have allowed their voices to be heard in the stream.
