Xbox One VIP Bundle FIFA 14

i got mine too, from france.

But its funny, cause iam calling them since october, i got alot of trouble MS saying its a EA offer and EA saying its a MS offer...

I called MS on friday... they were suppose to contact.

I got a mail this morning:

Dear MX ONLINE FACTo,

after further investigation you are not in the winner list, if you got a mail saying you won fifa14 it was prolly a spam or a promo for EA, so you have to contact them....

blablalbla

Kinda funny since i got my code this morning so iam a winner, and the mail is from xbox.com

.....

 

I'm always waiting for my code.

But as i can see, i will never obtain them.

I dont know what is going wrong for me.

 

I did not received with whom I have to contact for any solution
