Xbox One VIP Bundle FIFA 14

I received this offer (FIFA 14 + 20$ card + 3 month gold) if i bought the xbox one before 2014 . I do but i received no mail, no codes, nothing...

No confirmation mail at inscription.

I waiting since December but there is the 30/01/14.

What can i do ?

Same here no one seems to be able to help, was a big reason for me buying xbox one for launch so am not happy

 

Same here. Contacted XBox support, case is investigated, they told me to wait for a week. I'm from Germany.

So i was in contact with ea since 23.11, after 2 months i recieved an answer from the customer service: sry u have to contact ms. They will send u the codes. I spoke with ms support and guess what tgey said? Sry this is a promotion from ea so go and contact
ea... today i got a call from the ms customer Service and the girl told me, they have spoke with ea and i get a call back from ms in 4 days. Perhaps i get the Codes in 4 days... we will see

 

I've not had mine and I'm uk, if it arrives late can someone keep us informed please
