    Xbox One video issues


    I have spent hours on the phone with xbox customer support trying to figure out the issue with my Xbox one video going in and out. I have a video I posted to your use of the Xbox when it's messing up. I will attach it below.

    I have tried replacing the hdmi cable, checked resolution, made sure all the video setting were as the customer service representative said they should be. I don't know if anyone can recreate thus but I would love to have it fixed.

    I have been having it happen to me too. Has happened during games, tv, movie and home screen. No fix to report though. Having replacement xbox sent for this problem and the disc read error.

    1. If not already tested, please try to use a different input on your TV and check out if the problem persist.If possible you may also try a different TV.

    2. If still not fixed try to reset your one back to factory settings.

    If even a factory resets fails, then there is unfortunaltey no other way then sending your console in to ave it serviced. If so, please start a service order at:

    I think x1 is having video issues in general. Hulu and Netflix is almost unwatchable. Thinking of rehooking the 360 back up till they fix it. Maybe a codec issue? I dunno I'm not great with tech.

    It seems like a faulty Xbox. I would highly suggest trying to return the console to where you bought it as soon as you can. If they don't accept it back, the next best thing is to file a repair request at support.xbox.com . I know this can be frustrating
    since you just bought it and it is broken already, but once you get a console that actually works, the console is amazing!
