    Xbox One video frame stuttering


    My Xbox One keeps stuttering, I've done a full reboot (held the power button down for 10 seconds), done a soft factory reset, cleared the MAC address, even replaced the HDMI and can't seem to fix the problem. I've played this Xbox one this TV before and never had this issue.

    Video stutters and skips like it is dropping frames!

    can't play a single thing on Amazon on the X1 right now. Video slows and stutters until it's freeze framed. Audio is fine, so it's not the connection.

    I have a problem where Videos appear to stutter---maybe they are choppy or something like that? Its not it a stutter really, it just has a big frame-rate drop. Multiple files. AVI. Is it a file size issue or a problem with the USB device I'm using? I watched
    an episode of something else and it worked fine but several movies has this issue. The one that was stuttering was something like 1.4 GBs?
