Xbox one video capture problem

hello, I come because I am currently having a problem with recording video on my xbox one, it only captures videos of a few seconds while there is space and I record on a usb key , but even without the key it does not record all the video but for a few seconds, I tried to reset it for the first time, it had worked but only for a few days, I tried to reset again yesterday and the problem continues, if anyone has the solution to this very annoying problem thank you very much

would be great, if xbox one could be capture video from the hdmi input, but... the external video capture card is your best choice)

First please follow this:
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.
3. Under Capture & share, please choose don't allow game captures

Then we will powercycle:
1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Lastly, Allow the game captures again:
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.
3. Under Capture & share, please choose to allow game captures

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
