Xbox One very slow/pausing when browsing installed games

I have 2 Xbox One Xs. My older Scorpio edition can browse games and apps folder with no issues. My newer, white X1X is very laggy, or even just freezes in the Games and Apps. I have clean installed and re-downloaded every game (more than once). I have
tried putting every game install on an ext hdd, and tried all on the internal hdd. I've tried running it with just 2 games only. I've hard reset with power cable removed, repeatedly... daily even, for months. Hard reset can help, 1 in 5 times, and only for
about 30mins, then the games folder lags. Gamesplay fine, just the games foldet lags horribly. Othe dashboard menu items seem ok... At times the Games and Apps folder is so broken, it Never allows you to navigate through games, and you are forced to hard reset.

Factory Reset<
(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Does always stop at 80%? You cancelled the download or paused it? If you paused it, try to cancel and download the game again.

That is a are relatively slow circuit and 7mb is maximum when functioning optimally and all the bandwidth is being used by one operation. With a circuit that slow it is going to take some time to download and install the games because they are all very
large.

To pause an installation, press the start button (The one with the lines) on the game you want to pause installing, from there, select pause installstion.

Yes, the games will resume installing once the Xbox is turned on and is connected to WiFi.

I don't know about the 3rd one, you should read other replys or look it up.

Sorry to hear it. When the console is off (in Instant On mode) it will download at a slower speed than when it is left on. Also, use of the internet on other devices will slow the amount of loading that can be done.

What I do when installing games is leave them paused during the day and then make sure that I leave the console on and the game(s) downloading overnight when everyone is sleeping and the internet will not be used should speed up the install process.
