    Recently I came across something interesting on Xbox One, and my Windows 10 Xbox One app, it was a checkmark next to their Gamertag. I just had installed Call of Duty: World at War, and back in the day my account rank for that game was cheated by the tons
    of hackers that now run(ruin) that game. Many players contacted me trying to get me to mod their account, etc, which I told them I wasn't a modder, bla, bla, bla.

    Though, reviewing one of the messages I received, I noticed something odd. His name said "Verified", with a green checkmark next to it, and when I confronted him about it, he said that "he could ban me for a a year". I have an idea that it might
    be his Microsoft Account name, but I'm not sure, and I'd just like it verified if it's his account name, or is he special?

    The photos your provided are just simply his Name he / she changed there full name on there Microsoft account to say Verified which recently was removed due to it being seen as impersonation you mentioned they threaten to suspend your account which isn't
    possible and also violates the xbox code of conduct due to again impersonation your best bet is to block him and report him (from the messages) and put a note stating he is threatening your account and impersonating Xbox staff and employees. That is all you
    can do.

    you dont download or recover ur gt on xbox one, all you do is sign in with ur gt email and password just like u do on windows 8 pc.

    Have you hooked up the Kinect before setting up the console?? There is a 15 minute download that should have taken place before you can do your gamer tag stuff.
