Xbox One Used Over 2,000 GB of WiFi Data in 1 Month

My home WiFi plan has a data limit, but this month I noticed the data was over 2,000 GB when every other month has been around 250 GB. After hours of searching to figure out which device was causing this, I found if was the Xbox
One. A game had hung up downloading. When I cancelled the download, the amount of data the Xbox was using went from 15 Mbit/s to about 1 Kbit/s which is significantly less. I was unable to send a ticket through the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.
I'm not sure if this is where to post this as I have fixed my problem for now by changing to less desirable settings on the Xbox, but this is definitely something Microsoft should look into as many people have data limits on their WiFi. Until this is fixed,
I cannot recommend any of my friends or acquaintances with internet data limits buy an Xbox One.

Tech issues: Xbox One bandwidth usage page showing I've used 1.5 million TB last month...

So the past 3 months I've gone over my 1 TB data allowance with Comcast, and I've been going through all of my devices to figure out why, since historically my monthly usage average was ~600 GB.

Well I went into my Xbox One settings and went to the Bandwidth Usage screen.

For the month of August, it says I used "11,409.15 TB" of bandwidth and then in September it says I used "1,551,860.35 TB" of data. Obviously this is incorrect as that amount of data is ridiculous, but regardless, the spikes
in my usage history on the Xbox itself coincide with the spikes I'm seeing with Comcast.

My Xbox was averaging around 125 GB per month up until August. Would anyone know why this could be happening or what else I can do to figure out what's going on?

How much data do you think you use, d/l each month?

You used data more on the one. Because it does a lot of talking to XBL. I always in the GB each month.

1) Unplug your ethernet cable/forget the network if you use wifi

2) No there isn't but those ads don't take up much data

At least according to my ISP, it rates Xbox Live multiplayer as using 6-8GB of data based off of playing 5 hours a day every day per month. So it's not that bad.

Still the sc-2010. I know I just been gold hunting on every weapon, but the sc remains the weapon with over 2,000 kills. I did use it a lot in the first two months.

You have 2 options to transfer your data over to a new HDD.

1, Use a flash-drive.

You can use a
correctly formatted USB flash-drive to
move your game saves and profile over to the new console, then use your
download history to re-download everything over.

2, Use an official MS transfer cable.
Instructions on how to use one of those here.
