Xbox one usb tv tuner problems

Hi there I don't know if this has happened to anyone else or if its just me but I got the new usb tv tuner for the xbox one and I set it up all properly, scanned for all my channels and even put in the make and model of my tv but after its all finished it
will open up the tv and play 1 channel perfectly but when I go to change channel through the one guide or even the little pop up channel menu the screen goes back to the setup tv and tuner page at the very beginning. Could someone please give me a little insight
as to what to do or help out if they've had any similar problems? Thanks.

OTA USB TV TUNER SUPPORT

It would be nice to be able to plug in a usb ota hdtv tuner into the xbox one and use that for people who ony have internet and don't subscribe to a tv package. something like.

Sorry to hear about the TV issue. For this I would try resetting the OneGuide feature. To do so, follow these steps:

• Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Settings.
• From the Setting menu, select TV & OneGuide.
• From here, select Troubleshooting and 'Reset TV settings'.

After you follow those steps, set up the TV Tuner and post back to let us know how it goes! \/
