    Xbox One USB Audio implementation?


    Now that it's confirmed that the Series X will have USB Audio would it be possible for the One X and One S to get it as like a beta or something? That way it would be more polished when when Series X comes out.

    Audio USB

    The Xbox One does not support audio out with USB, you must use an optical out (SPDIF) to your audio system.

    If there are adapters for optical to USB I have no idea and we can't recommend that.

    I'd sure like to see the USB adapter work with the original Xbox One. I like the Kinect, but it's implementation is too glitchy to rely on, it seems.
