    Hi,

    Can I update my Xbox One bought from US to the Xbox One Singapore set through software. I cannot use many features of the US set like video, music, apps in Singapore.

    Thanks for any advise.

    Alternatively, can I trade in my US set for an SG set with Microsoft?

    I'm an Indonesian too. Let me brief you this:
    Yes, you can play Xbox One in Indonesia, BUT you must use a gamertag from the 13 territories that are currently supported by Xbox One. Heck, I've used a 2-day LIVE Gold trial that was from Asia region game for my US gamertag. OR you could change your Xbox gamertag region by using this link: Sign in to your Microsoft account (the en-SG part depends on what region is your current ID set). If you're under 18, my suggestion is to wait until Xbox One is officially in Asia, or wait until you're 18 & change your region into one of the 13 territories.

    You can change your local settings and the region of your Xbox in the settings.

    Just go to settings / system and change it to your home market.

    (Would be language = english and country = Singapore in your case. )
