    XBOX ONE URGENT CARE NEEDED!!!!


    hello, I recently bought a Xbox one from a Gamestop. They claim it was new, and 30 minutes went by of me play nba live 16. The system shuts down. I cut it back on and all I see now, on my screen it says Reboot with the Xbox logo. Its been a couple of days,
    and nothing has changed!!!

    Xbox one enforcement Help needed... URGENT

    If you need them to investigate someone you believe is violating the code of conduct, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console.

    If you have been suspended, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     to see about submitting a case review.

    Those are the only ways of contacting the enforcement team.

    Hey dude,

    I'd reccommend giving the console a hard reset, which may fix it up. With the console on, hold down the power button on the front of the machine for 10seconds until the console switches off. Then leave it for a minute or two before trying again.

    If that doesn't work, I'd reccomend taking it back to gamestop and asking for a replacement XBOX ONE URGENT CARE NEEDED!!!! :)

    will there be a patch for the 50hz/60hz problem ?

    Unboxed my new Xbox One today and was really disappointed to discover this problem. Tempted to just send it straight back. I can't believe Microsoft didn't see this problem, or if they did, couldn't care less about UK customers. It needs a fix urgently.
