    One question.

Is your Xbox One connected by cable or wireless? If wireless, I suggest to you test it with cable. And check do you get same speed or better.

Try hard resetting your Xbox 1. Try Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. If using Wi-Fi go to settings and disconnect from your home network scan for networks find yours and re-connect to it. Shutdown your internet modem for 5 minutes turn it back on and wait
another 60 seconds and make sure your internet connections are correct eg. modem setup. I know Xbox says this when having connection issues on Xbox 360. Check Xbox Live Status on this site. And it is the Easter holiday period and long weekend so more people
could be online as there is no school or work. Thus that means more and more people using the servers and the servers do get bottlenecked kind of sometimes. It took me 2 hours to download a 2GB Update file on Xbox 360. But if you download and upload stuff
on your PC your PC connects to lots of different servers. Where as you Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 consoles will only connect to Microsoft's Xbox Live service as it is the sole official online servers for the console. Using Microsoft's servers won't always guarantee
you will get the speeds which your ISP guarantee's you. My ISP is Vodafone NZ and they offer 100mb/s down, and a very stable 10mb/s upload speed even on Wi-Fi connection. If this issue only occurred recently, give it a while maybe things will back to normal
in a few days. Otherwise wait for next month's system update because Xbox 1 pretty much gets a system update every month just like Windows 10 on PC gets an update every month. It's best to have Open NAT too and check your Ping go to settings on your console
and check your internet connection. Many ISP's when you ring them for support can remotely check your internet connection and when they detect something is wrong on their end they send a technician out to repair it free of charge.

I wouldn't worry about the results as long as you can play online without any probs

You can't rely on the Xbox speed test, unless you're close to it, like at least in the same state as the speed test server, your distance plays a role in the results, I know when I run speed tests on my X1, the server I contact to is 5 States away.

You can try changing your DNS servers, but you can't rely on the speed test, too many factors can effect it.

Why are you even concerned about it?

Network speed depends on so many factors. You can have a ton of bandwidth but if the machine you are uploading to can't handle it there is no point.
