Xbox One upload, download and latency are too high!

Hi everyone, I have an issue with my Xbox One. When I do the connection test on my Xbox, it gives me a crazy latency around 500ms and only 2Mbps in download and upload. I spoke with the Microsoft here in Italy and they said that this issue could cause for
the Xbox One Update Prewiev. Please do something!

    :)

Latency seems a bit high. Download speeds are good and upload speeds are decent.

Are you actually in the update preview?

If so, go to Settings>Preference and enable PlayTo streaming. That's a temporary workaround for a know issue with it slowing connections.

If you're not in the preview, the preview cannot be the reason.

One thing worth trying is to power cycle your console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and turn the router off and on to reset the local network. That could
fix any lingering network issues which could have caused this.

As you are in Europe i wouldn't pay to much attention to the connection test on the xbox one.

The servers used to run the test are based in the U.S. so can be a bit inaccurate for us people in Europe.
