Xbox One Upload and Upload studio EXTREMLY slow/crashing.

I've used both of these extensively in the past, and while they were slow, they were at least functional. Now, in the upload studio, I can't even load more than 2 clips at the same time without the app crashing and in both upload and upload studio, the videos
don't load image previews, won't play video previews and sometimes won't play all the way through at all.

so, what did ya break?

trying to put a few clips together on upload studio, but every time i try to add voice to a clip it counts down from 3 then crashes to dashboard.

ive tried to uninstall upload studio restarted but its still the same...please help

Can you try downloading the Xbox (beta) app from the Store (if you're not using it already), and sending us feedback after encountering this issue by opening the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Xbox app and selecting Feedback? This will send
us a snapshot of data after the issue occurs and may help us investigate it further.

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. Also, how many videos do you have stored on the console? Too many videos could also be causing the issue.

 

I reset my counsle daily. So no help there. As far as videos, i have something in the neighborhood of 70 videos in my upload file. But i was under the impression that the upload stuff is all cloud based and the clips arent actually saved on your xbox at
all. So that shouldn't effect it at all.

 

also, worth further noting, The upload studio app crashes every time you try to do "choose a skin" in the multi-clip editor.

 

now its crashing everytime I try to work in it. I have one set of clips to go and I can't finish what I'm working on because this video program is unusable

 

I'm having the same issues with upload studio, it's not usable at all. It freezes and crashes each time I use it.
