Xbox One Updates "There was a problem with the update"

So my Xbox one last week wanted to update. I pressed to continue with the update and it said "There was a problem with the update". I tried all of the troubleshooting such as unplugging for 30 seconds, resetting Xbox, and even offline updates. When performing the offline update it seemed to be working but after the update was complete it went straight back to "its time for an update." It gives error codes 0xE0E8000F 0x00000000 0x90050005. I called their support team last week and they said they were having problems on their end about the updates and to call back in 2-3 days if the problem continues, so I called them 3 days later and they said again to call back in 2-3 days. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong or how long it will take them to fix it and why if it's a problem on their end, why does it seems that I'm the only one with this issue?

Well at least I know I not alone in this problem. Yes my Xbox is Gen 1 also.

Was your Xbox One a Gen 1?

I have this same problem on both of my Gen 1 Xbox Ones. I even factory reset one of them and still ran into a problem. So I bought a flash drive and tried to do an offline update but still had the error. Now both of my Xbox's are basicly brinks now.

UPDATE: Managed to fix this problem somehow which took 2 offline updates and another factory reset "Remove everything" option! Once I reset everything and was put back in the beginning of the setup screen,
I avoided entering my network information and instead shut my Xbox off and booted up in the troubleshoot menu. From there, I performed an offline update and proceeded through the setup while still offline. Once I got to the network section, I just used WiFi
and started up the infamous most worst update imaginable and it just breezed through it! Can't believe it worked but it did.
