    XBOX One Update


    Jambo! guys, help a brother out here.

    my console just started this, when i connect to a network via cable or wireless, my screen goes blank. if i restart it without internet connection everything works as expected. stranger thing is while the screen is blank, pressing the Xbox Button brings
    the Apps Options as expected but i can not manoeuvre with R or the D Pad or select anything.

    NB: this is after i done seen a prompt for an Update, now at this point i plug in the cable.

    i been using my Xbox One well over two years now and have never seen this.

    i will appreciate any input.
