xbox one update will not complete

The Error code indicates a corruption of a file.

Before you restart your console again, RESTART your network router and wait... Until it is fully functional BEFORE starting up the console.

It should proceed to the update screen so you can continue the update.

Also give some consideration to using a wired connection of your console to the router instead of WiFi. A wired connection is superior to WiFi.
