Xbox one update stuck on 0% for 3 hours

    So im trying to do my xbox update and it has been stuck on 0% for 3 hours and do not know what to do i have perfect wi-fi speeds and help would be nice

    COD BO3 Update stuck at 0

    My Black Ops 3 just finished installing, but now needs an update. I started the update and it has been stuck at 0% for 3 hours. The Mb's have stayed the same. Any help?

    Call of duty black ops 3

    just installed black ops 3 for Xbox one and it will not update. Tried installing it offline and it still won't work. Have tried 3 times and it is stuck at 0%

    Xbox one update stuck on 0% for 3 hours

    Just cancel it and restart it. Mine did that before and that’s what I did. When I restarted it, it went normal.

    Hey Fr0sty 77641,

    If the answer that brandiesel1 suggested did not work let's try a fresh start and unplug the console and your router/modem for a full 5 minutes. After that please attempt the update process again and check if it completes for you.

    hi morning....

    Xbox One S console update stuck at (Step 3 of 3: Applying) (66%)/ 86%

    Its been stuck like this for nearly 24 hours and still no progress and i done a hard restart and I turned it off and unplugged it for a couple of hours and it keeps on getting stuck at 66%/86%. I NEED HELP PLS.

    Installation problems. I got prompted to install update. I accepted. It was stuck at 99% for a really long time. I paused the install and then canceled the install. I turned off the XBOX and retried the install. This time I got a warning that the install
    was 6gb. I accepted. It has be STUCK at "0% Install" for over an hour. Not sure what to do at this point.
