    Xbox One Update Service Down


    Hi all, switched my Xbox on this morning to find the update had installed. Fine.

    However all apps, and Xbox services do not work. Feeds are down, Friends have been removed and I cannot re add them, I can't connect to Destiny, trying to start a party returns an error code 0x80072efd. Trying to retrieve messages says "We are unable to
    get your messages. Please try again later".

    It keeps saying Xbox service is down, however I've checked the support website and everything seems fine.

    Ive checked internet connection on the Xbox and it says it's fine, so I'm a little stumped how to get this working.

    A little frustrated now.

    Can't sign in to my account.

    Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

    Xbox One Update Service Down

    Try resetting your Xbox by holding the power button on front of the Xbox until it turns off then unplug it for 5-10 mins

    Tried this, I've reset both xbox and router. and I still get service issues. Have just spend 20 minutes with xbox turned off at the mains, and no improvement. Just continually says our service is down.

    Madden NFL 25 for Xbox One ... is it being taken offline?

    Only the mobile versions of the game were shut down, so it's still running on the One. EA would be the ones to find out if/when a server will shut down, but there's nothing listed so far for that game. It would be listed here -

    Service updates have said xbox live is down.

    Just need to sit tight and keep checking their updates for now!

    xbox live is down go to www.xbox.com/servicealerts for the latest updates for why xbox live is down! their is a service alert and xbox live is currently down i believe so maybe due to maintenance!
