Xbox One update seems to have broken Netflix

After running the latest update, the Netflix app no longer works. I get an error:

Netflix has encountered an error. Retry in 52 seconds. Code: tvq-st-103, tvq-st-106, tvq-st-143.

I've tried several of the suggested fixes on the various website like uninstall/reinstall the app, power down the Xbox for 60 seconds to clear the cache, even going through resetting the console to factory state, but nothing has worked.

Also, tested network connection and that is good and I'm able to watch Netflix on other computers and iPads on the same network.

One odd thing is that I can completely uninstall Netflix and factory reset the Xbox and after reinstalling Netflix, it doesn't prompt me to login again. Either I'm not getting to the login screen or maybe it is cache-ing some old login information. Amazon
prime video and other apps ask me to relogin when I reinstall the app.

Is there some issue with Netflix and the latest update? It was all working fine before that.

Still no joy on this. Seems if I reinstall Netflix, it still remembers my login (and maybe that is part of the problem). I can never get to where I could login or logout, so not really sure. Still end up with the same tvq-st-103,tvq-st105,tvq-st-143
error and then it just sits there trying to restart the app over an over with the same error message.

Code error tvq-st-103 and tvq-st-106 is related to internet connection issues.

Hey there ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to circumvent this error being experienced. I can totally understand how this could be a pretty puzzling position to be in. According to Netflix's

support site, this is normally due to a connectivity issue between the app and the internet.
I suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. But if that doesn't work, try resetting your router
after having the console unplugged.

When you get the chance, give these steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

I've tested the internet connection and it seems to be fine. The Xbox shows that it is connected and I ran the Xbox internet speed test and it seemed to be fine. I can connect to the Microsoft Store and download games/apps. None of my other devices
have any issues with connecting and using the Internet.
