Xbox One Update Preview

Hi,

Back in the Xbox 360 I was one of the lucky ones to get in the Xbox 360 Dashboard Preview program, and a week ago I got a code to jump in the Xbox One Preview program also!

After using the code, it downloaded an app where all I got was to press a "Join" button and apparently now have to wait for a system message.

This was more than a week ago, and so far nothing else happened...

When I reopen the app it now shows this message: http://1drv.ms/1plv6Aa

I've sent some extra data on a PM to UrbanizedTree already that I can't publicly divulge, but will sent to any support element if required.

UrbanizedTree was the correct person to send a pm to. No one else can help with this. Be aware though, a request to join the preview program does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. Also, because you requested to join after the September beta was released
you would have to wait until its full release and the beginning of October's beta before you would see any updates to your console.
