Xbox one update preview program HELP

Hey. I'm registered for the Xbox one update preview program, but I don't have access to the forums. I am in need of help because for over a week now every time I try to connect to Xbox live, I am prompted to download an update. Every time I try to download
the update, it fails and says "there was a problem with the update" then it gives me the link for update help and all of the troubleshooting steps. Going through the steps did not solve my problem and when I tried the offline update diagnostic tool, my Xbox
OS version isn't listed so I get an error message (I think 101). If anybody could help I would appreciate it

Also, the size of the update is 1971 mb if that helps to figure out which update it is. My current OS version is 11499

Z, I went through all these steps and none of them worked. The offline diagnostic tool didn't work because my OS version isn't listed so when I try it I get the 101 error (I think, or 102). My last 2 available options are to reset to factory default or
to get help from the early update preview forum, but I am not given access to that forum. This is my problem.

 

Have you considered doing a reset to factory defaults as you suggested? It might resolve the issue.

Yeah that is my last resort. If I can't find any other way to resolve the issue or it's taking too long to find a solution, progressively letting my Xbox live, Hulu, Netflix, and ea access diminish is something I'm not too fond of.

 

I reset my Xbox to factory defaults and my issue still hasn't been resolved. Wow
