Xbox One Update Preview Code Disappeared from Inbox

I was invited to the preview program by [Mod Removed] about a month or two ago. I DID receive me Xbox message with my token to be accepted into the preview program. Since I was in the middle of stuff, I did not get to redeem my token. So
here it is a few weeks later and I tried to go back and redeem my code but ALL my Xbox messages are just GONE. I did not delete my messages, and nobody else in my house has access to my Xbox nor would know how to get to my messages and delete them nor would
have any motive to do so. I contacted Xbox Support and they told me to post a topic here. I am severely disappointed. Is there anything that can be done?

I didn't get to the message in time to retrieve my code for Halo 3 ODST and it has disappeared from my Xbox one inbox. Can this code be retrieved? Thank you

 

Sorry to hear it. As the code was for the preview perhaps the message was time limited. Have you checked to see if your messages still exist here on the forums?

If it's truly gone then have your friend resubmit you again to see if you get it.
