xbox one update not finishing....ALLDAY!

My update has been applying update" since 9am....What gives?! Downloaded the update and is just there at about 75% ish... Answers?

so I have a set of tritton kunai universal headset, I am completely aware that they are not "compatible" but i have the adaptor and did get some sound in the headset, very poor quality but still sound. my problem is that when i try to update the controller
with the headset, it will get to a point and have an error. I have done all the trouble shooting methods. If there is anything else i could do, really dont want to buy another headset for just one console.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, if the headset is not compatible then there is nothing that can be done about the update issue at the moment.

What I would suggest is put a post in the Feedback Forums to see if they can't add a compatibility patch for that headset for you.

I had the exact same problem started the updated came home from work 9 hours later 75% I contacted customer support and the first guy told me to turn the xbox off and unplug it for 2 minutes I did that then it went back to the original dashboard but wouldn't
let me connect to the internet so I turned it off and on the updated it again and it got stuck at 75% then I turned it off again unplugged it and when I put it back on it loaded the new dashboard but then I had loads of problems I couldn't sign in couldn't
play games it wouldn't even puck up my router so I contacted customer support again but this time they told me it was corrupt and to replace the os put it wasn't on there hyper link so I contacted them a third time and they said that it was a know issue and
a new update will be released within 24 hours
