    Xbox one update issues please help


    hi I have an Xbox one that is a few years old. It works great but on the newest update it starts to update them says "Xbox is restarting this may take a moment" shuts down and doesn't turn back on. If I turn it back on it needs the update again and just
    does the same thing over. I have tried unplugging, rebooting, installing update offline via troubleshooting menu per xbox support recommendation, cleaning Xbox, and a few other things... Brick stays white and seems to work fine. Any ideas??
